Description

The complete 600bp zen ventral repression element (VRE) has been placed between the 500bp eve stripe 3 enhancer and the 480bp eve stripe 2 enhancer and is fused (with the stripe 3 enhancer more 5' and the stripe 2 enhancer more 3') to an eve-lacZ fusion gene.
