Description

The first 455 amino acids of tor^13D are fused in frame to amino acids 484-966 of ksr, and the protein is expressed from a sev enhancer and Hsp70 promoter.

Includes the kinase domain but not the non-catalytic N-terminal domain of ksr, with expression driven by a sev enhancer and a heat shock promoter.
