Description

Transgenic construct that contains divergently transcribed w and lacZ reporter genes with a fragment of the rho NEE (including two high affinity h binding sites either side of the sna binding sites) and an eve enhancer inserted between the two reporters (the eve fragment is proximal to lacZ). A 340bp gypsy insulator has been inserted between the rho NEE and eve regulatory sequences.
