Description

Transgenic construct used to study the evolutionary conservation of epigenetic mechanisms. It contains Mmus\H19 upstream sequence extending from -2920bp to -1768bp (minimal silencing element), UAS sequences and the lacZ coding sequence. A w+mC marker is present downstream of the lacZ sequence.
