Description

Transgenic construct used to study the evolutionary conservation of epigenetic mechanisms. It contains Mmus\H19 upstream sequence extending from -2920bp to -1257bp (minimal silencing element plus the G-rich repeat region), UAS sequences and the lacZ coding sequence. A w+mC marker is present downstream of the lacZ sequence.
