Description

Transgenic construct used to study a putative chromatin boundary element sequence. Contains a 3.7kb fragment containing scs' sequence, a 9.0kb genomic fragment from the 87A7 heat shock locus (includes the Hsp70Aa and Hsp70Ab transcription units), a 4.0kb fragment containing scs sequence, followed by the w+mC minigene.
