Description

Transgenic construct used as a control in a study of putative chromatin boundary elements. Contains a 3.9kb fragment of random DNA sequence, a 9.0kb genomic fragment from the 87A7 heat shock locus (includes the Hsp70Aa and Hsp70Ab transcription units), a 4.0kb fragment of random DNA sequence, followed by the w+mC minigene.
