1.1kb EcoRV-NotI fragment of Amel\VP-blue cDNA containing the complete open reading frame and 46bp 3' to the stop codon is cloned into an expression cassette containing 2.5kb of ninaE promoter sequences and 33bp of 5' untranslated region and 650bp of 3' untranslated sequences including the polyadenylation signal.
