Description

The 436bp wild-type osk m1-m2 region (the region between and including the first and second in frame start codons - m1 and m2) is fused 3 nucleotides downstream of m2 to a 3kb lacZ fragment. A wild-type osk fragment containing the 3' UTR is fused downstream of lacZ.
