Description

GAL4::VP16 driver sequence (first 147 amino acids of Scer\GAL4, including the DNA binding domain, and the carboxy-terminal 78 amino acids of Hsim\VP16, including the activation domain) is integrated in frame into the N coding region in place of the LNR domain. The fusion protein is expressed from a heat shock promoter.
