Description

Transgenic construct used in a study to characterize a pairing-sensitive element from the en gene. en sequence from -576bp to -400bp relative to the en transcription start site, in which 4bp of the YY1 consensus binding site have been mutated, is inserted upstream of the w+mC marker, in the opposite orientation to the w direction of transcription.
