Description

Transgenic construct used as a control in a study of the properties of a subtelomeric satellite DNA sequence. Contains a w+* minigene, flanked on both sides by gypsy insulator sequence. 4.3kb of pBR322 DNA has been inserted into the w+* minigene, between the w enhancer and the w promoter.
