Description

The rho NEE enhancer, the 520bp twi 2XPE enhancer and one copy of the 'CD1' gt protein binding site (derived from the Kr promoter) are fused upstream of a minimal P\T promoter driving lacZ expression. The gt protein binding sites are 55bp upstream of the lacZ transcription start site.
