Description

An FRT cassette containing a polyadenylation site separates an Hsp70 promoter from a mutated form of run with the amino acid replacement: G163R. The mutation specifically disrupts the interaction between run protein and the Bro and Bgb proteins without affecting the overall conformation of the run protein.
