Transgenic construct used to characterize the roX2 chromatin entry site (roX2-CES), a sequence located within the lncRNA:roX2 locus that acts as a nucleation site for the recruitment and spreading of the MSL complex. Contains sequence corresponding to the lncRNA:roX2 cDNA clone c3 (no promoter sequence is present).
