Description

Transgenic construct used to examine the properties of the Mcp element from the bithorax complex. Contains the 2.8kb EcoRI Mcp element, w enhancer sequence, the y body colour enhancer element and an intronless y minigene, in which 1868 nucleotides remain upstream of the transcription start site.
