Description

Transgenic construct used to examine the properties of the Mcp element from the bithorax complex. Derived from P{wRW+we}; a 2.8kb EcoRI Mcp fragment has been inserted upstream of the w enhancer, with the proximal end of the Mcp fragment closest to the w enhancer sequence.
