Description

Transgenic construct used as a control in a study of mechanisms involved in long-range enhancer-promoter interactions. Contains divergently transcribed w and lacZ reporters. A 230bp fragment of the h H1 enhancer has been inserted between the two reporters. A 300bp fragment of the rho NEE enhancer has been inserted downstream of the lacZ transcription unit.
