Description

Transgenic construct used to study mechanisms involved in long-range enhancer-promoter interactions. Contains divergently transcribed w and lacZ reporters. A minimal 590bp Fab-8 insulator has been inserted into P{w-H1-lacZ-NEE}, in between the lacZ transcription unit and the rho NEE enhancer.
