Description

Transgenic construct used to characterize the Fab-8 boundary element. A 2.1kb PstI fragment from the regulatory region downstream of the Abd-B gene (the fragment is located just distal to the iab-8PRE and contains iab-8 initiator elements) fragment has been inserted upstream of a lacZ reporter regulated by a Ubx promoter.
