Transgenic construct used to study the properties of the bxd Polycomb response element (bxdPRE) from the Ubx gene. Contains a y+mDint2 marker and a w+mC marker, separated by a gypsy insulator. Also contains 6 copies of the 191bp BP (BglI/PstI) fragment of the bxdPRE.
