Description

Transgenic construct used to characterize the roX1 chromatin entry site (roX1-CES), a sequence located within the lncRNA:roX1 locus that acts as a nucleation site for the recruitment and spreading of the MSL complex. Contains a 2.6kb fragment of the lncRNA:roX1 cDNA clone c3 (no promoter sequence is present).
