Description

Transgenic construct used to characterize the roX1 chromatin entry site (roX1-CES), a sequence located within the lncRNA:roX1 locus that acts as a nucleation site for the recruitment and spreading of the MSL complex. Contains the lncRNA:roX1 cDNA clone c20 with a deletion of nucleotides 868-1202 (no promoter sequence is present).
