Description

GMR regulatory sequences drive expression of a chimeric protein consisting of Ptp69D amino acid residues 35-829, an SL dipeptide (which does not interfere with Lar or Ptp69D function) and Lar amino acid residues 1409-2026. The protein is tagged with Tag:SS(wg) and three copies of the Tag:HA at the N-terminus.
