Description

The FRT cassette has been excised, juxtaposing the sev enhancers and heat shock promoter with the fz::fz2 coding sequences. The chimeric fz::fz2 coding region consists of the N-terminal and transmembrane domains of fz2 fused to the C-terminal domain of fz.
