Description

sev enhancers and a heat shock promoter are separated from a chimeric fz::fz2 coding region by an FRT cassette containing wGMR.PW. The chimeric fz::fz2 coding region consists of the N-terminal domain of fz2 (the first 308 amino acids) fused to the transmembrane and C-terminal domains of fz.
