Description

The FRT cassette has been excised, juxtaposing the αTub84B promoter and fz::fz2 coding sequences. The chimeric fz::fz2 coding region consists of the N-terminal domain of fz (the first 242 amino acids) fused to the transmembrane and C-terminal domains of fz2.
