Description

sev enhancers and a heat shock promoter are separated from a chimeric fz::fz2 coding region by an FRT cassette containing wGMR.PW. The chimeric fz::fz2 coding region consists of the N-terminal domain of fz (the first 242 amino acids), followed by the fz2 transmembrane domain, followed by the fz C-terminal domain.
