Description

A Hsp70 heat-shock drives expression of the Poke\FokI endonuclease fused to 3 Zinc finger motifs. The Zinc Finger motifs have been mutated to recognise the sequence 5'-GCGGTAGGC-3' site within exon 2 of the y gene.
