Order of sequences (from P3' to P5') is: y+mDint2 marker (plus orientation) , a 436bp BalI-BstXI fragment from the gypsy\su(Hw)BR (containing 12 su(Hw) protein binding sites), a w+mC marker (minus orientation), single FRT site, a 436bp BalI-BstXI fragment from the gypsy\su(Hw)BR (containing 12 su(Hw) protein binding sites).
