Description

Transgenic construct used to study the bxd Polycomb response element (PRE). Six tandem copies of the BP fragment of the bxd PRE, in which all four GAGA binding sites in each copy of the BP fragment have been mutated, are inserted into a Ubx-lacZ reporter, in between the S2 enhancer and the Ubx promoter.
