UASt regulatory sequences drive expression of an inverted-repeat containing both Fkbp12 and the YSmGFP6 variant of GFP. The repeat produces dsRNA that targets both Fkbp12 and the mGFP6 variant of GFP (mGFP6 and YSmGFP6 are closely related).
