Description

P{TATA-GFP} is an enhancer trap construct that contains a TATA-dependent minimal core promoter upstream of GFP. It is generated in vivo by using P1cre recombinase to remove a loxP cassette from the P{DPE-GFP.TATA-GFP}. A loxP site and a FRT site flank either side of the TATA-GFP enhancer trap cassette.
