Description

P{DPE-GFP} is an enhancer trap construct that contains a downstream promoter element (DPE)-dependent minimal core promoter upstream of GFP. It is generated in vivo by using FLP recombinase to remove a loxP cassette from the P{DPE-GFP.TATA-GFP}. A loxP site and a FRT site flank either side of the DPE-GFP enhancer trap cassette.
