Description

A heat shock promoter drives expression of the 5' UTR of Hsp70, CCCCAAC of the 5' UTR of GstD1, the N-terminal 65 amino acids of GstD2 fused to the C-terminal 150 amino acids of GstD1 and tagged at the C-terminal end with Tag:FLAG and the 3' UTR of Act5C.
