Description

Transgenic construct used as a control in an enhancer blocking assay to characterize and investigate the SF-1 insulator. Contains a w minigene, and a y genomic region that extends from -400bp through to 400bp downstream of the polyA site. A λ DNA spacer has been inserted into the y intron, upstream of the y bristle enhancer.
