Construct: Contains a 3.1kb fragment from the Fab-7 region (containing the Fab-72 deletion) that serves as an ectopic donor in gene conversion experiments. The scsprom insulator fragment has been inserted into the NsiI site just upstream of the Fab-72 deletion endpoint. The scsprom fragment is oriented such that the BamHI end is next to the Fab-72 deletion endpoint.
