Description

Transgenic construct used to characterize the roX2 chromatin entry site (roX2-CES), a sequence located within the lncRNA:roX2 locus that acts as a nucleation site for the recruitment and spreading of the MSL complex. Contains a 270bp fragment from the lncRNA:roX2 locus (nucleotides 983-1252 relative to the transcriptional start site), into which 5 base substitutions have been introduced. No promoter is present.
