Description

UASt regulatory sequences drive expression of a full length fz cDNA that is tagged immediately before the stop codon with Tag:HA. An AatI site has been introduced at the end of the seventh transmembrane domain (resulting in the amino acid change Y553W) and an NdeI sie has been introduced into the first transmembrane domain (resulting in the amino acid change V256I).
