Description

UAS regulatory sequences drive expression of N amino acid residues 1779 up to the last amino acid (2703). The N sequences are tagged at the N-terminal end with 3 copies of Tag:FLAG. This fragment of N encodes most of the intracellular domain, but the Su(H) protein-binding site within the RAM domain is not present.
