Description

The eve mesodermal element from +5.7kb to +6.7 kb (relative to the transcription start site) and the eve RP2+a/pCC element from +7.9kb to +8.6kb are fused upstream of the eve 5' region from -275bp to +99bp followed by the ATG codon of a Tag:FLAG tag fused to the Mmus\Evx1 coding sequence. eve 3' UTR sequences from +1306bp to +1521bp are present downstream of the coding region.
