UAS regulatory sequences drive expression of exon 1 of Hsap\HTT which contains an expanded polyglutamine repeat of 97 residues and in which the three Lys residues have been mutated (amino acid replacements K6R, K9R and K15R), preventing SUMOylation and ubiquitination.
