Description

The eve mesodermal element (+5.7kb to +6.7kb, relative to the transcription start site) and the eve RP2+a/pCC element (+7.9kb to +8.6kb) are fused upstream of the eve 5' region from -275bp to +99bp, followed by the EGFP coding sequence. eve 3'UTR sequence from +1306bp to +1521 bp, followed by the eve EL element from +1.9kb to +3.5kb are present downstream of the coding sequence. UAS regulatory sequences have been inserted between the eve mesodermal element and the eve 5' region.
