Description

Transgenic construct used to analyze the role of the Trl (GAGA) protein in the enhancer-blocking activity of Fab-7, a domain boundary element from the bithorax complex. Derived from P{wRW+we}; a 1.2kb XhoI-NotI fragment corresponding to the minimal Fab-7 boundary element has been inserted between the w enhancer and w transcription unit.
