Description

Transgenic construct used to study the properties of the Promoter Targeting Sequence (PTS) from the Abd-B locus. Contains a w+mC minigene and a reporter in which the eve promoter drives expression of GFP. A number of sequences have been inserted downstream of the GFP coding sequence: a Fab-8 insulator, an Abd-B-PTS sequence, a 'gl' enhancer, a rho NEE enhancer and an iab-5 enhancer.
