Description

Transgenic construct used to study the properties of the Promoter Targeting Sequence (PTS) from the Abd-B locus. Contains a w+mC minigene, a DsRed(Unk) reporter and a GFP reporter. A number of sequences have been inserted downstream of the GFP coding sequence: a gypsy\su(Hw)BR insulator, an Abd-B-PTS sequence, a 'gl' enhancer and an iab-8 enhancer.
