Description

Contains divergently transcribed w and lacZ reporters. The following sequences have been inserted downstream of the lacZ transcription unit: the 625bp Abd-B Promoter Targeting Sequence (PTS), an FRT cassette (containing a 580bp BamHI fragment of the Fab-8 insulator) and a 1.6kb BamHI-BglII iab-8 enhancer fragment.
