Description

Contains divergently transcribed w and lacZ reporters. A 300bp rho NEE enhancer has been inserted between the two reporters. The following sequences have been inserted downstream of the lacZ transcription unit: a 360bp BamHI-BglII fragment containing gypsy insulator sequence, an FRT cassette that contains the 625bp Abd-B Promoter Targeting Sequence (PTS), and a 1.6kb IAB8 enhancer fragment.
