Description

Contains divergently transcribed w and lacZ reporters. A 230bp fragment of the hry H1 enhancer has been inserted between the two reporters. A BamHI-BglII sub-fragment of the 625bp Abd-B Promoter Targeting Sequence (PTS) followed by a 300bp fragment of the rho NEE enhancer has been inserted downstream of the lacZ transcription unit.
