Description

UASt regulatory sequences drive expression of an inverted repeat of a 500bp tinc cDNA fragment (bp 52-551 of the coding sequence). The two inverted repeats are arranged in head-to-head orientation and are separated by a 282bp genomic fragment containing introns 5 and 6 of Ret.
